The Client was CIO of a Global manufacturer, working with a CEO making important changes.  Lucas introduced a top-tier consultancy to:

  • Prepare a fact-based assessment of the manufacturer's key customer relationships, and

  • Design value-added services for the manufacturer's key customers

In his next CIO assignment, the Client used Lucas to negotiate pricing and service levels with a computer services outsourcing firm, using  the fact base of a global benchmarking leader.  The Client reduced his company's annual outsourcing expenditure by over $100 million.

8 years after first using Lucas' services, the Client had progressed to CIO of a Fortune 100 company, reflecting his executive skills and business judgment and a few timely inputs from  Lucas.
